본문Position: Marketing Partnerships Director Responsibilities: ● Partnership Sales: Supporting the senior director of the partnership, you will be responsible for generating partnership revenue by sales actions ● Strategic Partnership Idea Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with leading brands, sponsors, and industry stakeholders aligned with our organization's objectives and values. ● Partnership Activation: Develop comprehensive activation plans for each partnership, including brand exposure initiatives, digital content collaborations, esports tournaments, and offl ine events. ● Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our sponsors and partners, nurturing relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement throughout the partnership lifecycle. ● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, content creation, esports operations, and fi nance, to align partnership activation strategies with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution. ● Cost Control and Expense Management: Implement cost control measures to enhance operational effi ciency and maximize profi tability. Monitor and analyze expenditure patterns, identify cost-saving opportunities to maximize profi t margins. Key Qualifi cations: ● Minimum 7 years of experience in sponsorship, partnership, or brand marketing roles ● Proven track record of successfully developing and executing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and brand visibility. ● Deep understanding of the esports ecosystem, including key players, trends, and emerging opportunities. ● Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and infl uence stakeholders at all levels. ● Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions. ● Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. ● Passion for gaming and esports, with a genuine enthusiasm for the industry and its community.
